Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will ensure Drives product quality and reliability by thoroughly understanding the weakest points of our products. You will be responsible for gathering and managing testing data, coordinating failure analysis, and ensuring corrective actions are properly fulfilled by stakeholders.

This role contributes to the MOHP division's Low Voltage Drives business line in Estonia. Main stakeholders include R&D, PEQ, and product owners.

- Overviewing test results: ensuring testing data is comprehensively gathered and properly managed
- Coordinating failure analysis to identify root causes and potential improvements
- Following up on failure analysis and corrective actions
- Disseminating results and ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed of key findings
- Ensuring alignment of testing and analysis processes
This role contributes to the MOHP division's Low Voltage Drives business line in Estonia. Main stakeholders include R&D, PEQ, and product owners.
Qualifications for the role
- University degree in electrical, electronics, or power electronics
- Understanding the importance of customer relations
- Ability to perceive the big picture and understand the influence of selected solutions on the surrounding environment
- Capability to see the broader perspective and recognize how chosen solutions impact the environment
- Practical working style
- Cooperative, organized, scrupulous, purposeful, and willing to work in a team
- Good spoken and written English; Estonian and Finnish are beneficial
