Your role and responsibilities:

As a Global Product Manager of Service Agreements for ABB Robotics' Service & Digital Platform you will be accountable for the long term profitable growth and marketing of the ABB Robotics' Service Agreement offerings to targeted market segments, by developing and managing it through all of its life cycle phases, according to market needs and P roduct Group strategy and targets.

The ideal candidate is located in European time zone.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Own the global Product Management of the RACS Service Agreements portfolio, defining and executing a cohesive strategy in collaboration with all RACS countries.
  • Actively manage and develop the Service Agreements portfolio around the strategic roadmap of Service and of Robotics.
  • Continuously globally benchmark competitor products (service agreements) and study customer needs (current and future trends), ensuring that ABB keep on having World Class Services.
  • Assess the GAPs of standardization and maturity of the LBLs, jointly develop action plans to overcome the existing gaps and follow-up the action plan execution, actively contributing for their operations' maturity growth.
  • Always drive continuous improvement of your service products and take the lead to solve major problems. Structure them, drive the right actions and manage professional communications with all stakeholders including customer management team.


Qualifications for the role:
  • Master of Business Administration.
  • 7+ years of leadership/project management experience of technical business, preferably in Robotics Service or in Robotics/Automation business.
  • Business focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to quickly understand the real business problems and address them.
  • Understanding of customer service-related customer needs, markets & process solutions.
  • A senior leader who has repeatedly implemented processes and tools.
  • Self-organized and autonomous way of working.
  • Ability to work as part of a team across multiple functions & geographies.
  • Well-developed communication & presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and communications skills to report back the findings in a clear, structured manner.
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
