We have a fantastic opening for a Project Manager to join our Graphics Team.
You will be working at the UKs largest event space and number one exhibition venue. Home to your favourite shows and voted the AEO venue of the year 4 times, we host over 500 events each year, welcoming 2.3 million visitors and over 45,000 exhibiting companies!
About The Role
This role will be responsible for the planning, management, and successful delivery of graphics and event media for organiser and exhibitor public space and in-hall requirements at the NEC, ICC and VOX. Providing a single point of contact to customers to achieve the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction.
Day to day you will
Lead the pre-planning, coordination, and execution of public space and in-hall services for organisers and exhibitors, ensuring safe installation/removal, statutory compliance, and effective client liaison throughout the event lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external providers, proactively address client needs and last-minute requests, resolve on-site issues, and maintain high standards of communication and customer service.
Maximise revenue through tailored solutions, manage accurate service documentation and invoicing, provide quotations, and support team development through coaching, mentoring, and administrative assistance.

Our Ideal Candidate will:
- Be proficient in design software, computer systems, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Experienced in project planning, graphic design, print production, and creating strong visual presentations.
- Over 2 years in fast-paced, target-driven sales environments with a passion for customer service.
- IOSHH qualified, detail-oriented and results-driven.
