Key Task and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of your assigned product, ensuring quality, product integrity, and design alignment.
- Take an active role in the full life-cycle of the product development, from concept to Design and Development & Testing and Validation.
- Take a proactive approach to improve the existing product, addressing current challenges, and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Managers, Product Owners, and R&D teams to meet project objectives.
We're seeking candidates with:
- 5+ years of practical experience in mechanical design for manufacturing, assembly, and mass production with a degree in Mechanical engineering, Product Development, Mechatronics, or any related field
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD, FEA simulations, ISO GPS, and PLM systems.
- Product Development Experience prototyping and designing for processes like Injection Modeling, Sheet Metal Stamping, Die Casting using DfA and DfM principles, FMEA, etc.
- The ability to Thrive in Testing and Improvement, material testing, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement.
- Eager to Learn, Share Ideas, and Work with a diverse team to deliver innovative solutions.
