About the role...

We're on the hunt for a Procurement Analyst who's got a sharp eye for detail, a love for data, and a knack for spotting opportunities others miss. You'll be diving into the world of sourcing, Request for Quotation projects ('RFQs'), supplier strategy, turning numbers into insights and insights into action.

If you're someone who gets a buzz from benchmarking, thrives on collaboration, and can turn procurement data into gold, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be getting stuck into:

Supplier Research & Market Intel

• Scouting out top-notch suppliers across key categories
• Digging into pricing, quality, reliability, and service levels
• Benchmarking like a boss, stacking suppliers up against the best in the biz

Data Crunching & Cost Cutting

• Mining procurement data for trends, patterns, and hidden gems
• Spotting cost-saving opportunities and streamlining spend
• Suggesting smarter ways of working based on what the numbers say

RFQs & Sourcing Strategy

• Crafting RFQ docs and keeping supplier comms slick
• Breaking down responses and analysing cost structures
• Support managers in developing and executing sourcing strategies

Reporting & Strategic Firepower

• Building dashboards that actually tell a story
• Sharing insights that help senior leaders make smarter decisions
• Backing up strategy with solid, data-driven recommendations

About you...

What you'll bring to the table:

• You've got solid experience in procurement, data analysis, or supply chain roles and you know your way around the numbers.
• Excel is your playground, and you're no stranger to data viz tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• You've worked with procurement systems before and know how to get the best out of them.
• Analytical? Absolutely. Problem-solver? Always. Communicator? Clear, confident, and collaborative.
• You can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball-and you hit deadlines like a pro.

Bonus points if you've got:

• Hands-on experience with RFQs and tendering processes.
• A good grasp of contract management and supplier negotiation.
• Some know-how around category management principles.
