Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Leeds, UK
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Reporting: This position will report to the Product Management Director while the business works through some key product launches. Once complete, the role will move into the Project Management Office (approximately 6-9 months).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in project management.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
Prince or similar certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
- Act as project manager for Implementation and DR Implementation projects
- Schedule and manage required next steps for onboarding both in Implementation and DR
- Bring in appropriate team members from across the business as required
- Set milestones based on customer contracts and agreed upon targets
- Identify risks to successful completion of onboarding
- Communicate any delays up to senior leadership
- Effectively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Assess the impact of changes and communicate these impacts to stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.
- Confirm appropriate documentation has been updated and logged by the required team members.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas where the product launch processes can be improved
- Improve documentation of the process for delivering the services
- Maintain project documentation and deliver project completion information to the stakeholders at the end of the project
