In this role you will be responsible for driving the development of the Power & Steam Conditioning business in Europe by analyzing customer requirements and providing optimized steam solutions that best fit their needs. You will also support the sales tender process by leveraging your technical expertise to propose effective, competitive solutions for projects and KOB3 opportunities, ensuring the achievement of FCV sales targets in Power & Steam Solutions.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support the P&S initiatives to achieve the assigned Industry Budget in coordination with the Countries' Sales Force.
• Lead the bid process for Steam Conditioning opportunities and coordinate the FCV's resources ensuring to deliver to Customers the most effective proposal.
• Serve as a primary contact through Severe Service EMS tool for needs related to technical & proposal preparation aspects of sales pursuits including projects and KOB3.
• Be the technical expertise / SME for Steam products and solutions.
• Partner with Engineering in Europe and US, to develop and present innovative technical solutions for Steam Conditioning in new applications and new Power market trends.
• Contribute to develop the Sales Force's P&S expertise in Europe by trainings/updates on Industry's application & solutions.
• Perform inquiries analysis, monitor hit rates and develop Steam Conditioning "key target accounts" list.
• Organize in combination with Sales, customer visits and events with the aim of acquiring/retain targeted key accounts.
• Support Marketing Communication
• Partner with the "Key Account" and "Industry Specialists" of the other business units to develop dedicated solutions/papers for sub-Industry and/or Special applications.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, chemistry or similar)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Technical Sales roles on Control Valves/Steam Conditioning
• Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Experience in working in an International and Complex Environment
  
  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Knowledge of any European language
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems as well as Social Networks
