Every day you will ...
- Carry out a range of customer service activities, including handling customer cases and inquiries that are more complex or outside the norm.
- Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
- Respond to basic and advanced customer issues, such as returns, exchanges, and complaints; escalate appropriately.
- Answer the telephone and assist callers or those making varied inquiries by email or mail with any basic requests for information, directing more complex matters to colleagues, as necessary
- Ensure a positive experience for internal clients by having courteous interactions with them
- Help manage internal client relationships by supporting others to build effective working relationships.

What skills will help you thrive in this role?
- Experience in customer service or complaint handling in a fast-paced or complex environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to product complaints and recalls.
