This Position reports to:
Pricing Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of pricing strategies for the relevant division/business unit/product group, to maximize profit and market share, while ensuring customer satisfaction with ABB. Each day, you will follow a robust pricing infrastructure and pricing policies to deliver measurable results. You will also showcase your expertise by providing support for developing effective and efficient standards and special pricing strategy in line with the global division strategy, value, competition, and cost/profit.

- 1) EL China pricing analytics
- - Efficient price analysis to find price improvement opportunity, to support price optimization
- - Based on price analysis, investigate and provide cases for biz team to follow up with price actions.
- - Propose efficient price actions to support topline, price & margin target achievement
- - Support on price strategy & policy defining, offer constructive comments & proposal
- 2) Streamline price process & TOA, to support price operational efficiency
- 3) Business & Pricing system/data setting up & maintenance; timely refreshing Pricing Tools data and update dashboards
- 4) Support on Audit samples tracking
- 5) Support on other pricing activities

- 1) Bachelor or above degree
- 2) Minimum of 8~10 years in a statistics, data, or analytical position
- 3) Experienced and strong analytical, and critical thinking skills
- 4) Experienced with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SAP tools
- 5) Fluent in English oral communications and written reports
- 6) Good communication skill
- 7) Team player
