This Position reports to:
Digital Lead - Regional

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to manage and lead a team. Each day, you will guide your team to develop, implement, and facilitate successful onboarding and adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer's business environment. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the customer's subsequent operations and maintenance, in specific aspects of software engineering.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

• Provide directions to the digital team with a focus on agile development methodology, on-time delivery, quality, and margin improvement.
• Ensure that the project/operations portfolio follows sound methodologies and execution practices in line with internal procedures, and that projects are closed according to contract specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance engineering/design capabilities and efficiency, applying agile methodologies to reduce lead times and improve projects execution.
• Lead team performance to ensure deliverables are met on time and in compliance with contract specifications, development best practices, cybersecurity, and quality standards.
• Driving consistent development of digital solutions and processes and ensuring client requirements / needs are met in a timely manner.

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant area.
• Proven experience in software engineering and development.
• Have established skills and ability to demonstrate your experience in leading design projects with various levels of complexity and timelines.
• You are passionate about working with and developing highly performing teams, maintaining project timelines and providing exceptional value to our customers.
• You are skilled in leading a cross-functional team of engineering and design professionals.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
