They are actively contributing to the evolution of Industry 4.0, supporting industrial clients in sectors such as agro-industry, pharmaceuticals, and energy through automation, process supervision, and industrial project delivery.

Role Overview

To support continued growth, the company is hiring a Business Engineer - Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation (EIA) on a permanent contract.

You will work closely with the Business Manager to manage projects from proposal to delivery-overseeing technical, commercial, and financial aspects. Acting as the key point of contact for clients, you will ensure smooth execution throughout the project lifecycle, from design to commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and negotiate offers for EIA projects.
• Manage project execution from design to final client handover, ensuring objectives in scope, schedule, and budget are met.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling technical and commercial requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities.
• Ensure detailed follow-up and regular reporting of project and business activities.
• Uphold company standards in safety, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) or higher in electrical engineering, automation, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial projects in automation, electrical, or instrumentation environments.
• Knowledge of industry-specific norms and regulations; experience in the nuclear sector is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a structured and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Awareness of safety and compliance practices.
