The Pipeline and Programmes team sits within Property Services - a diverse group of professionals in design, facilities, and estate management. Together, we manage over 1,000 sites and support the needs of 1.4 million residents across Hampshire-making a genuine difference every day.
The Role:
In this role, you'll lead, manage and shape projects that support business change, transformation, and continuous improvement. You'll bring your project management expertise, improvement know-how, and strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills to work with teams to deliver real results.

What you'll do:
- Manage a number of improvement or business change projects, working collaboratively and co-ordinating project teams to deliver results.
- Use your improvement experience and toolset to creatively and innovatively co-design and implement solutions to business identified issue areas.
- Use your project management experience and knowledge to set up and maintain key project documents, ensure projects are managed effectively and reported on accurately.
- Engage with all levels of the business through various methods including; designing and facilitating workshops, writing and presenting reports and papers, adapting messaging for the audience.
What we're looking for:
- Experience of leading and successfully delivering change, transformation or improvement projects in the Public Sector or comparable business sectors, with good knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Experience of using continuous improvement methodologies and tools to work with teams to identify and analyse problems and develop and implement solutions that have delivered improvement.
- A strong communicator, both verbally and in written form, who can engage different levels of a business and successfully adapt messaging to have the desired impact and effect.
- A confident facilitator who can effectively manage conflicting views and constructively challenge group thinking to optimise outcomes.
- Experience of using the O365 suite of tools to aid in project delivery or improve ways of working.
