RESPONSIBILITIES
Scope of Work
- Manage an efficient pressure equipment integrity program with the aim of maximizing safety outcomes
- Focal point for fixed asset (pressure equipment) integrity programs onsite including piping program (LIPIP, CUI & CUPS, AGI, UPIP), pressure vessel inspections, corrosion integrity management and pressure relief valves
- Familiar with company Global Procedures and maintenance practices during execution
- Technical oversight including review, evaluation and execution of programs
- Demonstrate & promote a sense of ownership and drive continuous improvement through performance KPIs
- Recommend follow up repair / maintenance to piping / pressured equipment, including execution of Management of Change
- Troubleshooting, root cause analysis for any bad actor or failure
- Conduct Fitness For Service evaluations on in service equipment
- Ability to learn and adapt to an agile and flexible working environment, continuously stay abreast of latest developments in industry standards/ practices, bring in learnings / experience to challenge and improve company work processes/ practices
- Data analytics, digital tools/ technologies and operationalize upgraded work practices through digital transformation
QUALIFICATIONS
What makes you remarkable?
Expected:
- Degree in mechanical/chemical/materials or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, LNG or related industries. Desired experience in inspection / integrity engineering including:
- In-service inspection, fitness for service
- Knowledge in materials & corrosion engineering
- Non-destructive Evaluation
- Risk Based Inspection (RBI)
- Strong communication, leadership and business judgment skills
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills
- Broad knowledge of industry codes & standards including AS, ASME, API, AMPP, BS/ISO
- Experience in developing repair plans for static equipment (vessel, tank, piping ) in operating unit
- Experience in remaining life assessment including damage mechanism, consequence evaluation, risk identification & mitigation
