ADNOC
Job Purpose
Process, perform, and organize the quality activities and requests in line with the approved company policies and procedures, and ensure proper coordination among the requesters and stakeholders for certain or exceptional requests.
Job Specific Accountabilities
Policies & Procedures
• Receive all the document change requests and update the corresponding register.
• Consult with the seniors and superiors in quality with regards to significance and classification of the document change, in light of the forthcoming processing.
• Coordinate and follow up with the function on updated, proposed or calendared documents until final approvals per each, as per the document management system.
• Post the approved documents to the manual; website, softcopies and hardcopies...etc. while ensuring that all the required actions are in place; i.e. obsoleting previous document, update revision, reference code, effective date...etc.
Daily Activities
• Coordinate, collect and arrange all the day-to-day inputs, requests, and statistics from the respective areas of contact; i.e. Quality Lab, HSE, Operations, Audit, Projects, Procurement...etc. as per the quality requirements.
• Record and maintain the minutes of meetings and events to ensure proper tracking of decision making and updates on quality issues, as per the type and members of meeting.
• Communicate with respective stakeholders all the related quality issues ensure proper incident reporting on time, and reflect the same on the records.
Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate the schedules and execution of internal and external audits, in coordination with audit team, for ISO requirements.
• Circulate all the recent approved documents to the concerned employees, to ensure the effectively using the updated, and stop all the previous revisions.
• Coordinate and follow up on the quality actions and plans to ensure timely closure of each.
Records & Registers
• Accountable for maintain the company's Quality Manuals, Document Control Registers, and other quality related records.
• Maintain the Document Change Requests in the related register to ensure meeting the Record Control
Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in similar role in Oil and Gas industry.
• Knowledge of ISO regulatory requirements
