The role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Document Controller to join our Iraq Business Unit.

This Project aims to take over the existing asset and maximize the production in 2 phases. This is a fast-track project and schedule-oriented Design to enhance the production.
The Phase 1 will restore, upgrade, and develop the current plant (CPF1) including: Restoration of initial CPF1 capacity; building a new export pipeline (24", ~30km); restoration of CPF1 integrity and operability; flaring elimination and released water; development of new flowlines, pads, and electrification network for approximately 30 new wells; debottlenecking of the plant; upgrade of the Safety and Security facilities.
Our scope is to provide Engineering, Procurement services and Construction assistance (EPsCa) for the initial development phase of the field in Southern Iraq. The scope of services includes FEED, detailed design, procurement support, and construction and commissioning assistance.

Health, Safety and Environment Activities:
- Participate in Job Safety Analysis, make suggestions, stop dangerous situations, and report anomalies, accidents, and incidents.
Activities:
- To ensure accuracy and completeness of Documentation.
- To define, develop, implement and maintain a Documentation Management plan detailing the strategy adopted, the organization set-up as well as the means and tools defined accordingly.
- To implement and maintain procedures, specifications, means and tools required to ensure an efficient management of all flows of documents on an electronic form during all the phases of the Project and in all project work locations.
- To organize, supervise, control and support the Documentation control activities all along the course of the Project.
- To participate in the implementation of the Documentation Management system at Contractors' facilities, setting-up and explaining rules and procedures.
- To perform constant analysis of produced documentation to check for compliance with Project standards regarding numbering, graphic charts, used symbols and all others aspect related to document quality.
- To define, set-up, validate and maintain necessary means and tools for the timely preparation of the hand-over of documentation to Operations team.
- As a general manner, to provide assistance to the whole Project team for all matters related to documentation management activities.
- To timely report to the Project Controls Manager, highlighting progress and encountered areas of concern.
- To provide Ratawi Project Management with insightful documentation reports that effectively allow early identification of deviation, delay with the documentation issuance and implementation of remediation plans where required.
- To observe and impose strict confidentiality in the performance of the documentation management during the tendering phase and as a general manner all along the course of the Project.
- To gather 'lessons learnt' with regards to Documentation Management matters and provide feedback to all DCCs as required.
