Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the expert in drafting competitive offers, estimates, and even the most complex quotations for clients. You will develop technical solutions to support the offer and provide technical advice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Understand and respond to technical requests by providing solutions and technical advice related to products, systems, and applications to customers, partners, and/or sales engineers.
• Analyze complex specifications and develop tailored technical proposals, including pricing and documentation.
• Provide internal and external technical advice on product usage. Follow up on offers. Handle customer technical complaints. Communicate with the entire sales/admin and marketing team.
• Participate in the development and adoption of internal/external software tools necessary for effective sales support.
• Ensure all customer requests within your scope are addressed. Analyze defined KPIs and initiate action plans when targets are not met.
• Propose improvements to request handling processes.

Qualifications

• Technical degree BAC +2 / BAC +3 (e.g., BTS in Electrotechnics, BUT GEII, or other technical training) with commercial training (ideally a professional degree in Inside Sales Engineering).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong written communication skills. Proficient in IT tools. Fluent in English.
• Ability to work independently. Versatile, able to manage multiple files/deadlines simultaneously, detail-oriented. Collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong verbal and written communication skills.

About Us

Salary: €35,000 - €42,000 gross annually, depending on experience
Benefits: 100% reimbursement of public transport costs, performance bonus, etc.
