This Position reports to:
Global PA Data Solutions Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and lead a team of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Specialists to evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics. Each day, you will ensure the execution of quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying trends that could improve business performance.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Communicating the product vision, strategy, and goals aligned with business objectives and the overall data roadmap.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to explore needs, define business requirements, and identify optimal technical solutions.
• Focusing on user needs, ensuring a shared understanding of business process impacts across all parties.
• Ensure that all business requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and fully aligned with the product roadmap.
• Supporting and guiding the development team daily, clarifying requirements and providing direction.
• Monitoring and analyzing product performance, using data and metrics to inform decisions and report on progress.
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement, acting as a voice of the customer and champion for data-driven development.

Qualifications for the role:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar role in data-related projects (e.g., data warehouse, BI, analytics)
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology and product development lifecycle
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and present data performance metrics
• Experience in backlog management and sprint planning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
