This Position reports to:
Quality Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to deploy and lead the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams, with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations. Each day, you will drive the local quality system through the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by coordinating the efforts of all necessary local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance and ensuring that the necessary certification requirements are met throughout the organization.

This role is contributing to the {Indoor Products (IDP)} in {Xiamen China} . Main stakeholders are {ELDS} .

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Be responsible for the quality control system from the production line to product shipment, ensuring product quality during the manufacturing process and before factory release. Ensure the reliability of products delivered to customers, achieve closed-loop management of process quality data, and use inspection results to drive process improvements in reverse, thereby continuously reducing the cost of poor quality and achieving excellent operational quality objectives. Focus on achieving efficient linkage and data-driven integration between process prevention and result verification, building a self-improving quality closed loop that ultimately delivers mutual benefits in quality enhancement, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
  • Immerse in the manufacturing process to monitor, analyze, and continuously improve key production processes; utilize quality tools (such as SPC) and promote root cause analysis for production line abnormalities.
  • Establish and refine the process quality control plan, utilizing quality tools like Statistical Process Control to monitor and optimize key processes. Drive relevant operational departments to respond quickly to quality anomalies and perform root cause analysis, while verifying the effectiveness of improvement measures to systematically enhance process capability and prevent defect occurrence.
  • Ensure all products undergo comprehensive inspection and testing according to standards, guarantee that inspection standards fully align with customer requirements, and strictly intercept and dispose of non-conforming products.
  • Manage the Final Quality Control (FQC) team's inspection accuracy, efficiency, and shipment release decisions. Summarize and analyze inspection data to provide precise input for PQE's process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications for the role
  • Over 5 years of team management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in process quality management, on-site production quality improvement, SPC, etc., is highly preferred.
  • Strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.

  • 确保所有产品均依据标准完成全面检验与测试,确保检验标准与客户要求完全一致,并对不合格品进行严格拦截与处置。
  • 管理FQC团队的检验准确性、效率及出货放行决策,并对检验数据进行汇总分析,为PQE的制程改进提供精准的输入。


岗位要求:
  • 团队管理经验5年以上
  • 机械、电子、电气等专业本科或以上优先
  • 拥有制程质量管理、生产现场质量改进、SPC统计过程控制等相关工作经验者优先
  • 较好的跨部门沟通能力、协作能力
  • 较好的英语口语和书面沟通能力
  • 精益六西格玛黑带优先
