MISSIONS :

• Keep updated the IT-tools (e.g. Smart Materials- Intergrah & Internal IT tool). Ensure continuous alignment in electronic processing of material management at final inspection stage
• Identifying the gaps in the IT system, liaise with stakeholders, inspection, expediting, engineering, transport for reduction of these gaps. Ensure the homogeneity of information from different deliverables or databases (quality check)
• Reply to demand of stakeholders, inspection expediting for addition BOM bill of Material in the IT system, to allow tracking of pieces within the supply chain systems
• On QC Manager request, can liaise with Vendors
• Ensure coordination between Interface Stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience with Material Management Systems (e.g. Smart Materials), Procurement and Supply Chain
• Managing large quantities of data
• Knowledge of MS Excel is must
• Professional level of spoken and written English
• Good collaboration skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to reach deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Problem solving skills related to functional area and understanding impact on overall business
• Good presentation and communication skills at all organizational levels
