We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer for the Aluminium business line, based in Hoofddorp,

In this position you will be involved with engineering projects for Special Cranes that are used in the Aluminium Industry.

Position

• Design of constructions
• Member of the engineering project team and eventually act as lead engineer on a project
• Decide together with the lead engineer or engineering manager, in accordance with the specifications, the main design
• Responsible for engineering budget and timeline of the project
• Responsible for delivery of the requested documentation and administration of the engineering part of the project

Requirements

• Several years of experience in mechanical engineering of cranes and/or heavy constructions
• Associate+ (MTS+) or BSc (HTS) degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction
• Experience in leading the engineering part of projects
• Proficient in English, written and verbal
• Willingness to travel worldwide, occasionally
• Team player and self-starter
