They are seeking a Project Manager to join their Winchester team and play a key role in managing a diverse range of projects across the commercial, residential, public, and private sectors. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate all stages of project delivery, ensuring excellence in quality, cost management, and client satisfaction. Applicants should hold, or be working towards, a professional qualification such as MCIOB, MRICS, or APM, and bring at least two years of experience in construction project management. A sound understanding of project lifecycles, contract administration, procurement, and risk management is essential, along with strong communication and leadership skills. Experience with Asta Powerproject or MS Project would be advantageous.
