About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial building projects, including new builds and refurbishments. Based in St Albans, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

• Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines.

• Problem-solve and adapt to unforeseen challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within commercial construction.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage budgets and project timelines effectively.

• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

• Relevant qualifications in construction or project management (preferred).
