Essential criteria
- Education to post-graduate degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience
Desirable criteria
- Educated to master's degree
- Project Management qualification such as Prince2.
Personal Qualities
Essential criteria
- Highly developed influencing and negotiating skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Desirable criteria
- Flexible and adaptable
Skills
Essential criteria
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook, Teams.
- A good working knowledge of Cancer MDT processes and CWT targets.
- Experience of working to fixed deadlines and timescales with proven record of achieving these.
- Ability to work under own initiative whilst achieving set deadlines.
- Experience in facilitating meetings, workshops and staff engagement sessions with detailed action logs.
Desirable criteria
- Experience in cross organisational working.
- Experience of facilitating cancer MDTs.
- Experience of service redesign or improvement.
