(Senior) Project Management Officer (m/f/d) - Transformation Office

We're looking for a highly organized and experienced PMO lead (m/f/d) to join our Transformation Office. This key role will manage and maintain strong project management standards, processes, and tools for all our Transformation initiatives. You'll ensure projects are run consistently, reported clearly, and help us make smart decisions to achieve our transformation goals.
Your Tasks

• Manage PMO Standards
  • Continuous improve and manage our PMO framework,including standard methods, templates, and best practices for transformationprojects
  • Ensure everyone follows our project rules and governance
• Oversee Transformation Portfolio
  • Help manage our portfolio of transformationprojects, including priorities, resource allocation, and tracking dependencies
• Reporting & Analytics
  • Design and maintain dashboards and metrics to give real-time visibility intoproject status and performance
  • Prepare and present regular reports and executive summaries for TransformationOffice leadership and senior management
  • Analyse project data to spot trends, issues, and areas for improvement,providing data-driven recommendations
  • Manage a central hub for all project documents and reports
  • Create ad-hoc reports as needed to support strategic decisions
• Assist Transformation Leads
  
  • Support Transformation Leads and Project Managers in planning, executing, andclosing their initiatives effectively
  • Help facilitate key meetings and reviews, ensuring clear outcomes and actionitems
  • Provide guidance and coaching on PMO processes, tools, and best practices toproject teams
  • Assist in identifying and resolving roadblocks and challenges that impactproject delivery
• Manage Risks & Issues
  • Set up and oversee processes for identifying,assessing, and managing program and project risks and issues
• Drive Improvement
  • Continuously look for ways to make our PMO processes andtools better
  • Lead small Transformation Projects

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of PMO experience, ideally supporting major transformation programs
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent skills with project management software and strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work well with all levels of staff, including senior leadership
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
