Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage an operational segment of Engineering, directing efforts towards achieving company's strategic goals.
• Drive business development and marketing initiatives both internally and externally, fostering growth and client engagement.
• Monitor and facilitate the pursuit of opportunities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strategic prioritization.
• Identify market trends and technological applications, disseminating best practices across the organization.
• Optimize operational outcomes by establishing clear goals and making informed decisions.
• Contribute to strategy development from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Basic Qualifications

• US Citizenship Required
• Active U.S. Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture from an ABET accredited college or university, or approved equivalent.
• 8 + years experience in design, construction, inspection, and preparation of plans and specifications for major real property facilities.
• 4+ years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• 3+ years experience managing engineering activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• DoD installation-level working experience.
• Registered as a PE or RA.
