Your Role

As a Project Manager, youll be the driving force behind our cloud-based charger and energy management platforms for electric vehicle charging.

Youll work at the core of our digital products in the Software R&D department at Siemens E-Mobility. You will run projects that enable flawless delivery of cloud products and drive projects that lead to a streamlined future-proof cloud-software portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Managing Strategic Software Migrations: Lead seamless transitions for our customers to our next-generation software platforms, ensuring successful adoption and maximizing the value they receive from our advanced solutions.
• Driving Enterprise-Wide Integration: Spearhead key integration projects across Siemens eMobility, streamlining new order execution processes, enhancing subscription management tools, and standardizing contractual agreements to optimize our operational efficiency.
• Integrating Advanced Energy Management Solutions: Guide the integration of sophisticated energy management software with our core platforms, expanding our capabilities and delivering innovative solutions to complex energy challenges.
• Pioneering New Feature Launches: Plan and execute platform deployment and pilot programs at customer sites globally. You'll ensure the successful market readiness of groundbreaking software features globally.

What You Bring

You combine strategic vision with a pragmatic approach. You thrive in complex projects and deliver real impact through structure, ownership, and clarity.

• Educational Background: Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Engineering or an equivalent technical background.
• Extensive Project Management Experience: 5+ years of proven project management experience, particularly in software-driven, technically complex environments.
• Charging Services & Cloud Expertise: Demonstrated success in leading cloud-based development projects, with experience in Charging Services platforms being a significant advantage.
• Leadership & Communication: A strong ability to guide diverse teams and stakeholders, communicate effectively across all levels, and build alignment to achieve shared goals.
• Self-Starter & End-to-End Ownership: You possess a strong sense of initiative and are able to independently driving complex projects from their initial concept through to successful completion.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; Dutch or German is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel: working 2 days a week at the Eindhoven office and occasional travelling within Europe.
