The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities of renewable energy projects, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement O&M strategies to maximize the performance of renewable energy assets Manage a team of O&M professionals, providing leadership and guidance Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in O&M within the renewable energy industry Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
