Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.
The work model for the role is: #L-Hybrid - 4 days on site 1 home office.
This role is contributing to the Electrification - Smart Power / Smart Buildings divisions for the United States market.

This role is contributing to the Electrification - Smart Power / Smart Buildings divisions for the United States market.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.
- Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Acting as the first port of call for customers' queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.
- Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.
Qualifications for the role
- You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with planners, buyers, plant schedulers, customers & sales representatives to support needs for the electrical components market.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in in Salesforce, SAP, Power BI (as user NOT as developer).
- You are at ease communicating in English both verbally and Written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement in customer service processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment while maintaining high attention to detail and customer focus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments (Sales, Logistics, Product Marketing, etc.) and navigate complex internal processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy, contributing to high customer satisfaction and retention.
