We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented HR Consultant who wants to be involved in developing HR processes, supporting business operations, and ensuring that employment and payroll practices run smoothly and efficiently.

This is what your day as an HR Specialist looks like:

• You act as an expert partner to managers and employees in employment matters - throughout the entire employment relationship.
• You will be responsible for managing employment changes from start to finish: you will guide and implement the necessary changes in the systems and act as the main user of HR Masterdata and other HR systems.
• You will be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of payroll data and act as a liaison for outsourced payroll accounting. You will be responsible for HR accounting documentation in collaboration with the finance department, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data and the smooth running of processes.
• You will be part of a local, agile HR team and work closely with other functions, such as the finance department. You will also be part of a Nordic HR and Shared Services network, where expertise is shared and common operating models are developed.

What you bring to the table:

• A university degree (Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration, or other relevant education).
• Several years of experience in HR, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of payroll matters; experience with collective agreements is considered an advantage. (Collective agreements for the electrical and technology industries.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills, Swedish language skills are considered a plus.
• Solution-oriented, responsible and cooperative approach to work.
