Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization's vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Involving and proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services.
• Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
• Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility.
• Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems.

Qualifications for the role

• You are engaged in cloud technologies and service management practices, with a growing understanding of the IT landscape.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, cloud fundamentals, or service coordination, ideally with exposure to Azure environments.
• Possess foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure (AZ-900 certified) and ITIL principles, with a basic understanding of vendor collaboration.
• You are enthusiastic about problem-solving, learning new technologies, and collaborating across teams to improve service delivery.
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, SonarQube, or Docker is a plus.
