This Position reports to:
Marketing Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the marketing of ABB's offerings to targeted market segments and manage the offerings throughout their lifecycle, in line with market needs and division/product group/business line strategy and targets. Each day, you will be accountable for the long-term profitable growth of an offer. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting business results by overseeing each step involved in the offer lifecycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Formulate the Local Product Roadmap to ensure strategic alignment with global product development initiatives and localized market demand, predicated on a holistic grasp of market requirements and rigorous competitive landscape analysis.
  • Establish a robust Product Marketing Strategy integrated with end-to-end pricing governance frameworks to drive market penetration and profit optimization.
  • Conduct product optimization encompassing cost reduction, performance enhancement, and the formulation of Make-or-Buy strategies.
  • Proactively identify emerging opportunities and industry/application-specific trends across diverse verticals, and deploy targeted segmented product promotion campaigns leveraging marketing communication methodologies to capture incremental market share.


Qualifications for the role
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
  • Strong results orientation and analytical thinking (ability to lead market and portfolio analysis, derive insights and identify and prioritize strategic options)
  • Ability to develop strong international network within the organization and strong initiative driven internally
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Good Marketing communication skill
