"This position is an in scope position in Shell's Indonesia Mobility Value Chain Business. PT Shell Indonesia (PTSI) has entered into an agreement for the sale of Shell's Indonesia Mobility Value Chain Business to a joint venture entity formed by Citadel Pacific Limited and the Sefas Group (the Sale Transaction).

By applying for the job, you understand and agree that your employment will be transferred to the entity that will hold Shell's Indonesia Mobility Business which will, on completion of the Sale Transaction, be owned by the joint venture formed by Citadel Pacific Limited and Sefas Group. If you are successfully being selected and offered by this position, you will be given a job offer and an employment contract under PTSI for you to sign. You will also be required to sign formal documentation in connection with the subsequent transfer of your employment to the entity that will hold Shell's Indonesia Mobility Value Chain Business, including employment contract with such entity and a consent option declaration in due course."

Operations Excellence Manager Job Description

The Operations Excellence Manager role will support key operations in both the Cards and Homebase business of Shell Fleet Solutions (FS) Indonesia. It is a key role that support the new market entry journey of Shell FS Indonesia with the following responsibilities:

• Super User and system owner of Indonesia Cards platform, including fleet cards and fuel vouchers.

• Overseeing the operational aspect of Cards business, working closely with our colleagues at IT and Finance Departments as well as our card provider counterparty to ensure seamless solutions experience for our customers.

• Overseeing the operational aspect of Homebase business, working closely with our colleagues at Trading & Supply and Logistics Departments, identifying opportunities for improvement in transport, storage and handling methods for cost efficiency.

• Focal point for Fleet Solutions Indonesia site operations excellence, picture of success analysis and retailer / dealer management.

• Ownership and analysis of volume and margin performance database. Develop and implement a comprehensive performance tracking dashboard for the Sales & Marketing team, enabling real-time visibility into underperforming areas, quick-win opportunities, inactive and churned customer segments, collaborated with B2C to create a synchronized performance tracking.

• Working closely with Marketing Manager and Account Managers to gain valuable insights about the market and its evolution.

• Focal point of Fleet Solutions E-Mobility initiatives such as Fleet Depot and digitalization offers such as Telematics, Fleet Hub, and BI Integration.

• Focal point of Fleet Solutions Indonesia on operational aspect/matters related with other Class of Businesses/Functions, such as Legal, Fiscal, Shell Trading & Supply and Shell Mobility.

• Focal for Fleet Solutions Indonesia on Shell's performance tracking online platform with Shell Mobility and Shell Trading & Supply

• Initiated and facilitated regular performance review sessions with team leads to identify operational bottlenecks, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement across functions

• Co-Lead the Indonesia Transition for Fleet Solutions workstream, managing cross-functional coordination with a clear roadmap, milestones, and deliverables.
