We are seeking an experienced and engaging Project Management Team Lead to join our Professional Services team in the Education division on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

You'll lead a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering end-to-end implementation projects for schools, trusts and educational organisations across the UK.

What you'll be doing:
  • Leading and coaching a team of 6 Project Managers to deliver high-quality project outcomes
  • Running team meetings, performance reviews and setting clear quarterly objectives
  • Managing project risks, customer escalations and resource planning
  • Collaborating with wider functions including Training, Implementation and Finance
  • Driving customer success and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
