What you'll do
You'll be joining us in Treasury Solutions, where we drive technology and digital transformation for all our Treasury and aligned C&I functions. This role is to work on C&I Climate initiatives.
You'll drive the focus on delivering customer value by following the defined programme as directed by stakeholders, including the preferred technology methodology in partnership with various technology teams and partners, making sure they follow the appropriate objectives, structure and scope.
You'll also drive the financial business case as set by the senior technology programme manager for the programme, with a clear line of sight to the customer value being delivered, in accordance with the technology investment portfolio and funding requirements.

You'll need an appropriate project management qualification and proven Technology change management experience in complex transformation programmes. Strong relationships with key C&I stakeholders would be beneficial.

What you'll do

You'll drive the focus on delivering customer value by following the defined programme as directed by stakeholders, including the preferred technology methodology in partnership with various technology teams and partners, making sure they follow the appropriate objectives, structure and scope.
You'll also drive the financial business case as set by the senior technology programme manager for the programme, with a clear line of sight to the customer value being delivered, in accordance with the technology investment portfolio and funding requirements.
You'll also:
- Prepare and take ownership for all project plans and controls and resource plans
- Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
- Lead and define a project initiation document or equivalent Agile artefact, ensuring that the solution clearly supports and is aligned to the company's strategic goals
- Analyse problem and opportunity statements and prepare estimates for approval, supporting the creation of a financial business case
- Track and report on project costs and make sure the project is completed within allotted budgets
- Build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with all technology partners across multiple franchises, domains and functions
The skills you'll need
You'll need an appropriate project management qualification and proven Technology change management experience in complex transformation programmes. Strong relationships with key C&I stakeholders would be beneficial.
You'll also need:
- Experience leading complex technology projects with internal and external delivery partners, from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategy
- Experience of delivering project management in a technology or IT function using Agile methodology and associated toolsets and methodologies as well as Waterfall methods where needed
- Proven track record of owning core project management practices, including maintaining RAID logs, managing budgets and forecasts, tracking progress against milestones, and preparing for and facilitating governance forums
- The ability to quickly grasp complex technical problems, assess their impact across teams and projects, and communicate details and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in a structured and calm manner
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in engaging both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
