Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate I to support our logistics and operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products between facilities, vendors, and customers. You will play a key role in inventory management, material handling, and shipment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and company vehicles safely (valid forklift certification and driver’s license required)
• Transport materials locally and manage work-in-progress (WIP) movement between facilities and vendors
• Handle inbound and outbound shipments efficiently
• Stock shelves, pull parts, and assemble kits on a weekly basis
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Utilize basic computer skills for inventory tracking and communication

Requirements:

• Valid forklift operator certification
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company truck
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency is a plus
