Jeśli masz doświadczenie w środowisku produkcyjnym, znasz metodologie Six Sigma, obsługujesz systemy CAD/CATIA, posługujesz się biegle językiem angielskim, posiadasz wyższe wykształcenie (licencjat lub magister) oraz kierujesz się podejściem opartym na danych — to doskonała okazja, by rozwinąć swoją karierę.
Gotowość do podróży między naszymi lokalizacjami jest bardzo ważna — będziesz mieć możliwość nauki, rozwoju i dzielenia się wiedzą w sektorze energetycznym.
Znajomość materiałów kompozytowych, takich jak kleje, włókno szklane, włókno węglowe i żywice epoksydowe, będzie dużym atutem.

We're expanding our Blades Process Engineering team in our new factory in Goleniów, Poland and looking for skilled engineers to join us!
We have 2 departments: Layup and Bonding where we are hiring for similar roles across different seniority levels within Process Engineering, Tooling Engineering, Documentation, Operational Support and Training.
If you have experience in manufacturing environments, know Six Sigma methodologies, understand CAD/CATIA systems, have fluent English, higher degree (Bsc. or Msc) and data-driven mindset, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Willingness and readiness to travel across our sites is very important - you will have the opportunity to learn, develop and share your knowledge within the energy sector.
Knowledge of composite materials like glue, fiberglass, carbon fiber and epoxy resins will be highly valued.
Even if your experience doesn't fully align with this specific scope, we will review your profile and aim to match you with the most suitable opportunity among our open roles.
