This Position reports to:
SCM Services Team Lead

As a Procurement Specialist you will be a vital member of Robotics and Discrete Automation Business Area in Ülemiste City, to achieve business targets. In this role you will assist in the implementation, maintenance and compliance of procurement activities, applying and implementing standards, tools and processes to ensure good quality, on-time delivery, optimal costs, and sustainability.

Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and quality materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements
• Monitor and manage supplier performance, driving continuous improvement
• Execute procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Higher education in Supply Chain
• Experience working with enterprise resource planning and standard operating procedures
• Knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Estonian; other languages are beneficial
