This Position reports to:
Quality Control Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. You will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. Collaborates with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
- Improving tools and systems for recording, analyzing, and categorizing field failures, with the goal of enhancing traceability and root cause identification.
- Developing new metrics and statistical tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), enabling better decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Supporting the local team in managing and resolving customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective responses aligned with quality standards and customer expectations.
- Assisting in continuously identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related to quality management in the local organization.
- Using quality data analytics from the organization to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.
- Facilitating resolution of customer cases by following a robust root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions.
Qualifications for the Role
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, or another data-driven quantitative discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Minitab for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments.
- You are at ease communicating in Italian language and you have a good command of English, both spoken and written.
