This Position reports to:
EL Sales Support Manager - Configuration & Quotation

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and complete bids, estimations, and quotations based on customer specifications, requirements, or budget to achieve market competitiveness and high margins for the company. Each day, you will maintain and improve the balance between all ABB units and customers in your area of responsibility. You will also showcase your expertise by collecting and collating the information required to prepare proposals, including both technical and cost elements.

This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen, China.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Support ELSP LVS sales team in budget or firm bidding, including optimized solution, cost verification, pricing and bidding document preparation, etc. Ensure timely providing optimized technical solution, also the competitive price for bidding.
• Timely distribute and deal with the quotation requirement, ensure the correct process to be executed and monitor the implementation quality.
• To know customer demand, set-up and maintenance a good relationship with customer, effectively promote ABB product and solution for customer recognition.
• Be responsible for technical clarification in bidding stage. Be responsible for the preparation, negotiation, and sign-off of the technical proposal.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor Degree in engineering is required;
• Minimum 2 years sales working experience in related field;
• Familiar with LV Switchgear's products and market;
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills expected;
• Good understanding of the business model (purchasing behaviours);
• Have good team work spirit;
• Good English and computer level, good command of AutoCAD,Microsoft Office.
