In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Carries out sophisticated and varied assignments requiring full knowledge of the field of specialization and resolves problems using independent judgment. Problems usually solved by use of combinations and modifications of standard procedures, or methods developed in previous assignments.
- Receives assignments of proposals Tier 3+ scope and complexity, without supervision from the first and medium experience with the second.
- Individuals at this level developed professional expertise in proposals and/or field related to PSS.
- Start supporting and supervising proposal engineers with proposals >Tier 3+ from the first and second BU.
- Flawlessly understand the sales strategy.
Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6 years with expertise in Software and Control systems proposal or engineering related to process automation.
- English B2+
- Technical and/or commercial experience with the ability to structure creative deals for customer solutions, negotiate contracts, and deal optimally with other departments.
