The Training & Educational Services Leader is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering training programs for customers and field service professionals across North America. This role ensures service engineers achieve the technical and safety competencies required to support Emerson products and solutions, while also driving customer education initiatives that cultivate positive relationships and measurable skill development.

In this role, your responsibilities will be

Training Strategy & Execution

- Build and implement learning programs for service engineers and customers.

- Collaborate with global teams to align and standardize training content.

- Develop and maintain training calendars, certification programs, and proficiency frameworks.

- Coordinate trainer schedules and availability.

Training Delivery & Operations

- Remotely facilitate logistics and venue management.

- Handle enrollment, pre-work, and completion tracking across multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Maintain and update training resources, manuals, and instructor feedback processes.

- Handle trainer assignments, availability, and multiple calendar tools.

- Review and own metrics for efficiency and continuous improvement.

Customer Engagement & Proposal Development

- Partner with clients to assess training needs and deliver tailored solutions.

- Work with sales teams to build an opportunity pipeline and drive order conversion.

- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for training services as well as supporting the selling process directly engaging with customers and partnering with internal sales team.

- Lead marketing initiatives and NA strategies to promote training offerings.

Internal Competency & Process Management

- Ensure service professionals meet safety, technical, and commercial standards.

- Support CRM leads from classes, online inquiries, and back-office processes for training.

- Handle customer relationships and educational service contracts.

- Coordinate with the distributed team for pricing and product offerings.

- Collaboration with the customer care team

Who you are:

- You are passionate about education and training. You collaborate efficiently across teams and geographies. You communicate clearly internal and external partners. You are organized and diligent, with a focus on continuous improvement.

For this role, you will need

- Bachelor's degree in training, education, or a technical field

- 5+ years of experience in training coordination, facilitation, or service operations.

- Strong background in quoting, proposal development, and customer engagement.

- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
