Sur le site d'Alizay (à 20 km de Rouen) où nous produisons des éco-polymères cellulosiques, nous recherchons notre futur Responsable HSE.

🛠 Ce que tu feras :

• Définir et piloter la politique HSE du site
• Évaluer les risques et proposer des plans d'action
• Former et sensibiliser à la sécurité avec pédagogie
• Veiller à la conformité réglementaire
• Gérer les urgences
• Être membre du Comité de Direction

🧠 Ce poste est fait pour toi si tu as le profil suivant :

• Bac+5 en HSE ou équivalent
• 10 ans minimum sur un site industriel
• Rigueur et réactivité
• Capacité à faire passer des messages
• Anglais courant
