Orkla Home & Personal Care (OHPC) is the Nordic region's leading supplier of detergents and personal care products. Among our well-known brands are Zalo, Grumme, OMO, Klar, Jif, Family Fresh, Define, Dr. Greve, and Lano - many of them household favourites for generations.

We are now looking for a Procurement Manager to join our international procurement team, based in Stockholm, Warsaw, or Oslo. In this role, you will play a key part in developing sourcing strategies, strengthening supplier partnerships, supporting supplier-driven innovations, and helping OHPC meet its sustainability ambitions.

At OHPC, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Even if you don't meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply - what matters most is your drive to contribute, learn, and grow with us.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and implement category strategies that support OHPC's business and sustainability goals.
  • Lead commercial processes such as RFPs, tenders, negotiations, and contracting.
  • Identify and explore new technologies, materials, and innovations with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Innovation, Supply Chain, and other functions to integrate supplier-driven improvements.
  • Represent Procurement in innovation projects and drive ESG-related initiatives.
  • Drive cost efficiency, supplier performance, and continuous development along the value chain.

Your profile

You are a relationship builder with a structured and collaborative way of working. You may come from a procurement, project management, technical, chemical, or R&D background - what matters most is your ability to manage complex projects, build strong partnerships, and deliver results.

You bring:

  • Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects or improvement initiatives.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships.
  • Extensive project management skills.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, chemistry, or a related field.
  • A structured and analytical approach, with attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Fluency in English (other languages are a plus) and willingness to travel approximately 15-25 days per year.

Additional Information

At Orkla Home & Personal Care, you'll be part of a company that values sustainability, innovation, and long-term partnerships. You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the Nordics' most iconic brands and collaborate with talented colleagues who are passionate about making a difference.

Join us on our journey towards a more sustainable future - where we grow together, challenge ourselves, and make each other better every day.

Application deadline: 10.11.2025.

If you have any questions about the position, please contact hiring manager, Magnus Andersson, magnus.andersson2@orkla.se or People Manager, Sofia Lindblom, sofia.lindblom@orkla.no
