Team Purpose:
The Category Management sub-team Workplace Essentials is a dynamic group of five Product Managers (PMs) and two Product Experience Managers (PXMs), dedicated to curating a modern and customer-focused product assortment. We manage over 40,000 articles across categories such as Changing Room, Waste Management, Office, Outdoor, and Security. Our work is a blend of 40% administrative tasks and 60% strategic and project-related initiatives. We support various internal stakeholders like Sales, Procurement, Marketing, and Warehousing while also enhancing product data, conducting KPI analyses, and improving content for our Marketplaces. In addition, we actively drive forward-looking projects involving strategic portfolio planning, supplier onboarding, catalogue creation, CGI content, and more.

Tasks:
- Support PMs and PXMs with daily tasks such as KPI analysis, onboarding file creation, master data updates, supplier meeting preparation, and market research
- Improve and optimize webshop content including PDPs, PGOs, landing pages, and advice pages
- Assist in shaping our assortment with competitor analysis and product panel discussions
You will learn:
- How to perform and evaluate KPI analyses
- Deep knowledge of assortment and market structures
- Hands-on experience with tools like AX, Step, and Excel from a PM/PXM perspective
- Strategic thinking in product lifecycle and portfolio management
Your Profile:
- Basic Excel skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- A proactive mindset and an interest in product strategy and market trends
- Strong communication and organizational skills
