Duties
- Bid writing, quoting and client engagement.
- Sales tracking, pipeline management, quote chasing
- Margin expectations and profitable performance
- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Prepare and return quotes to clients, based on requests for quote/tender
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clients to ensure all parties are informed of project developments.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success, proposing solutions as necessary.
- Utilise Civil 3D software for design and planning tasks as required.
- MS Project (preferable)
- Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Experience
- Proven experience in project management or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D software is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
