As a key member of the Professional Services leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, championing customer satisfaction, and leading continuous improvement in project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead and grow a team of Project Managers and Coordinators
- Oversee complex implementations across education, payroll, and HR
- Embed best practice frameworks and Ways of Working (WOW)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product
- Drive revenue delivery, margin management and project forecasting
What You'll Bring
- Experience in Professional Services / Project Management
- Proven success in leading project delivery teams, ideally in SaaS or education tech
- Experience delivering multiple projects across HR, payroll, or education software
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
- Inspirational leadership and exceptional stakeholder management skills
