Requirements

Must-Have
• Degree in engineering or a related technical field
• 2-5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations within a technical environment
• Strong understanding of project planning, coordination, and execution
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing is an advantage
• English is your working language-additional languages are always a bonus.

What you'll do
• Act as the link between engineering, production, and operations to ensure smooth project execution
• Translate technical concepts into actionable production steps and priorities
• Coordinate project timelines, daily activities, and task assignments within the production team
• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively remove obstacles to maintain delivery targets
• Support process improvement initiatives and the implementation of new tools or methods
• Collaborate with engineers to maintain accurate documentation and technical records
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers to align expectations and timelines
• Would be part of the production team and will report to Project Manager.
