The Global Process Owner is responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end service design and planning business processes across all regions and business units. This role involves designing and implementing standardized global processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Global Process Owner will collaborate with stakeholders across various functions and workstreams to deliver operational excellence and enhance efficiency. This role aims to deliver goal zero and financial outcomes by standardizing, automating, and optimizing global business practices.
Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Validate, define, decide, implement, and manage global business processes, ensuring standardization and simplification across product lines and Geozones.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline workflows, implement best practices, and leverage current technologies by applying transformation thought leadership methodology.
- Drive prioritization of the scope and schedule for deployment of capabilities, balancing organizational goals with resource availability.
- Define and drive the data strategy, governance, quality, and stewardship to ensure data integrity within the ERP solution(s).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, raise, and sign off on requirements for the project implementation team, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Provide global business process requirements to be used as a baseline for implementation.
- Sign off on exit criteria for prototypes and related documentation.
- Participate in select working sessions and guide Subject Matter Specialists.
- Work with the operational and functional department leads for requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, configuration, support data conversion and validation, support testing, support training, and provide post go-live support.
- Work with the Change Management team to design and steward global adoption.
- Drive data usage & technology adoption strategy.
- Lead user acceptance testing.
- Align with global design and deployment roadmap strategy.
- Develop business case for relevant business process area, including financial impacts.
- Lead executive readouts for key design decisions, change requests and/or relevant updates.

- This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to 25%.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or business or related area.
- Extensive experience in business process management, process improvement, and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing large-scale business process transformation initiatives.
Qualifications Preferred:
- MBA, JD or PhD degree from an accredited college or university and/or relevant combination of training and experience.
- Experience in organization transformations and structuring.
