In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

You are a strategic and analytical professional with strong product and market understanding. You combine marketing expertise with technical knowledge of fluid mechanics and industrial processes. You are collaborative, customer-focused, and motivated to deliver high-impact solutions in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
For This Role, You Will Need:
• Higher education degree in Marketing or a related field, combined with technical knowledge of fluid mechanics and industrial processes;
• Strong experience in B2B marketing or a technical background in a similar industry;
• Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex customer applications;
• Advanced level of operational English-spoken and written;
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
• Knowledge of industrial requirements in the field of solenoid valves and other fluid control devices;
• Experience working with customers in process industries and understanding their operational challenges;
• Ability to translate technical features into clear customer value propositions and marketing strategies.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Product Road Mapping and Vision
 • Develop and maintain accurate, forward-looking product roadmaps;
 • Anticipate future product development needs based on evolving market trends, customer insights, and business objectives;
- Business Case Development
 • Partner with Industry Sales and Marketing segment leaders to build robust business cases for new product developments (NPDs);
 • Include market sizing, volume forecasts, revenue projections, pricing strategies, gross profit expectations, and key product features aligned with customer pain points;
- New Product Development (NPD)
 • Collaborate with Engineering, Industry Marketing, and Sales teams throughout the gated development process (Gate 1 to Gate 6);
 • Provide Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and coordinate beta sample distribution to validate product-market fit and adoption;
- Lifecycle Management
 • Continuously monitor product performance and lifecycle stage;
 • Recommend portfolio optimization actions to ensure a profitable and streamlined offering;
- Application / Use Case and Future Prioritization
 • Consolidate and assess business cases to evaluate the strategic potential of NPDs;
 • Prioritize initiatives based on market opportunity, customer needs, and expected business impact;
- Product and Technical Collaterals
 • Own and maintain technical datasheets and product-related materials, including:
 - Videos;
 - Tutorials;
 - Webinars;
 - Internal and external training resources.
