Business Manager - E2E
Your role and responsibilities
1. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and implements planning and fulfillment strategies in line with business requirements, ensuring accurate demand forecasting, efficient production scheduling, and reliable customer deliveries.
- Leads continuous improvement programs using Lean, Six Sigma, and other structured methodologies to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize end-to-end processes.
- Ensures cross-functional alignment between planning, operations, procurement, logistics, and customer service to achieve service level, cost, and quality targets.
- Establishes and monitors KPIs for planning accuracy, order fulfillment, process efficiency, and improvement initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Identifies, prioritizes, and executes improvement projects that enhance productivity, digitalization, sustainability, and overall operational performance.
- Champions the use of digital tools and data analytics to strengthen decision-making in planning, fulfillment, and improvement initiatives.
- Manages risk and ensures business continuity by addressing bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and supply/demand fluctuations.
- Promotes best practices, knowledge sharing, and standardization across teams and functions.

- Implements and ensures compliance with company policies, standards, and processes in the areas of planning, fulfillment, and continuous improvement.
- Guarantees adherence to statutory regulations and ethical practices.

3. COLLABORATION / LEADERSHIP
- Leads and develops a team of planning, fulfillment, and improvement specialists, building capability and driving engagement.
- Fosters a culture of collaboration across local, regional, and global functions, ensuring alignment and effective knowledge exchange.
- Acts as a change agent, inspiring innovation, agility, and a continuous improvement mindset within the organization.
- Engages stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in, remove barriers, and accelerate improvement initiatives.

Qualifications for the role
1. Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent continuous improvement methodology strongly desired.
2. Experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional business experience, preferably in material supply planning, fulfillment, or lean improvement. Have deep understanding of the industrial control industry.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional or multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements through structured continuous improvement programs.
- Experience working in a global/matrix organization with exposure to cross-border collaboration.
3. Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to use data-driven insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- High customer orientation with a focus on service reliability and operational efficiency.
- Change leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and engage teams in transformation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and planning tools; advanced MS Excel/Power BI or similar analytics tools.
- Fluency in English; additional local language(s) an advantage.
